- Unwashed, unworn and unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt for a refund. Any items returned after 14 days of receipt will be refunded a credit note.
- The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented.
- Orders made via Paypal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice: please note that the cardholder name must be identical on both the original invoice and a form of photo identification must be presented.
- If any of the above cannot be provided, a store credit will be issued.
- Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed.
- As appleberry lane is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
- If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs to return the item. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
- Fairy Doors – Please note all Fairy Doors are quality checked upon purchase. Once the Fairy Doors are in the customers care, it is the customers responsibility to treat them as fragile objects. We cannot replace Fairy Doors broken whilst in the customers care, so please be careful.
